Stone, Wood and Copper Transform a Warsaw Law Firm Into a Three Dimensional Brand Statement

Consider what happens in the seconds between stepping off an elevator and meeting anyone: the space itself has already communicated volumes about the organization. Bit Creative understood this principle deeply when designing the Greenberg Traurig Poland office across three floors of Varso Tower in Warsaw. The Silver A' Design Award winning project demonstrates how stone conveys permanence, wood introduces approachability, and copper suggests sophistication that evolves gracefully over time. These material choices function as strategic brand communication, telling clients they have arrived somewhere stable, refined, and invested in quality. The design team, led by architect Barnaba Grzelecki, embraced warm beige tones throughout 5,000 square meters, creating immediate distinction and psychological comfort for clients navigating significant legal decisions.
The entrance area of the Greenberg Traurig Poland office reveals sophisticated spatial thinking. A sculptural element anchors the reception while paintings by Polish artists connect an international firm to its Warsaw location. Beyond aesthetics, the entrance functions as a flexible venue: mobile and audiovisual solutions enable the same space to host client meetings, employee townhalls, and company events. Conference rooms throughout the three floors integrate DALI lighting systems and latest generation audiovisual technology, yet these sophisticated systems remain invisible within the classic aesthetic framework. The study layout in staff areas prioritizes concentration over open plan configurations, acknowledging that legal work demands sustained focus.
