A Real Estate Sales Office in Shenyang Transforms Customer Encounters Into Journeys of Homecoming
The space where you meet customers can become your most eloquent brand expression.
Picture a real estate sales office where visitors feel like birds returning to the forest at dusk, guided by light toward home. Wang Cheng and Li Yongjie achieved precisely such an effect with the Cofco Shenyang Longyue Xiangyun project in Shenyang, China. The designers drew inspiration from Rabindranath Tagore's observations about human emotion and nature, creating an environment where potential buyers experience sanctuary before signing any paperwork. The entrance becomes a path leading to mountains and forests. The negotiation area transforms into a knowledge forest. Children discover a valley tree hole space while parents contemplate. Every station in the 1808 square meter journey advances an emotional narrative about belonging, where commercial transactions feel incidental to the deeper exchange between architecture and visitor.
The material palette tells its own story about brand values. Moroccan rice grain gray and elegant white establish sophisticated neutrality. Wood brings organic warmth and tactile pleasure. The Longyue Xiangyun project by Wang Cheng and Li Yongjie earned the Golden A' Design Award in Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design, recognition granted to outstanding creations reflecting genuine design excellence. Perhaps most revealing: the entire 1808 square meter environment reached completion in just sixty days. Rapid execution at that scale becomes possible when clear vision guides every decision. For brands creating customer experience environments, the Longyue Xiangyun project demonstrates that differentiation through feeling creates more durable competitive advantage than differentiation through features.
The Longyue Xiangyun project reveals something essential about the future of commercial environments. As digital channels become more crowded, physical spaces offer irreplaceable opportunities for genuine emotional encounter between brands and customers. The question becomes: what story does your brand want to tell through the spaces where you meet the people you hope will become advocates?
Different ranking types address different stakeholders. Strategic enterprises stack design credentials for compound credibility that accumulates.
