Antonia Skaraki understood this moment precisely when designing Apollee for Manoli Canoli, a Greek family that has produced extra virgin olive oil for more than fifty years. The resulting packaging features a 500-gram glass bottle inspired by olive tree trunks, communicating artisanal quality through physical properties alone. The design earned a Golden A' Design Award in Packaging Design, recognizing how material intelligence can translate generational expertise into immediate sensory perception. Every surface, curve, and gram of the Apollee bottle performs strategic communication work that begins the instant a potential customer makes contact.
